This page lists everything we offer to all our clients.

Our clients pay no fees for using our services outside of preparing tax returns, bookkeeping, or defending against an audit. If you need your tax preparer to answer any questions it is free to call us or set up an appointment for tax planning during the year. Any tax planning consultations made during the year for clients are included after your tax preparation fee is paid. You can visit our weekly updates, or our FAQ on the site to see any topics we may have covered.

Tax Preparation

The way TRBC prepares taxes is a rarity in the accounting industry. Our process begins with a complete analysis of a client(s), business, and or corporation’s tax documents. This is completed before the client arrives if we receive the required documents. At the appointment we conduct a thorough interview to understand how you work, determine your expenses, and discover any relevant information/events that occurred during the year that may affect your tax return. Before the tax return begins we quote a price for the return. This price is non-negotiable. Our work will speak for itself and your results will always outweigh the price, we promise.

The fee can be paid after the return is accepted when the results are presented or later when the return is reviewed and assembled by our Tax Return Checking Department.

Audit consulting

IRS audits can be scary, frustrating, and unnerving. Luckily we have been defending audits for decades, 99% of the time people find us to help with their IRS issues. Audit preparation is a very delicate process that needs to be handled on a specific timetable with care. Our audit defense team will work diligently, giving clients who have to deal with being audited the ability to know that they have a greater chance of being on the winning side.

Kelly, a paralegal at TRBC Tax Pros, is an experienced audit consultant and paralegal who knows what to do when an audit occurs. She gathers your information and presents it to our Enrolled Agent, Masoud Karkehabadi to put together a strategy to resolve your audit.

This is not an easy or quick process, but with our guidance and your patience, we will get through the audit together.
